Hello just wondering if I’m legally transporting a firearm (non restricted) and I am pulled over by a police officer am i under obligation to inform the officer i have a firearm in the vehicle?

I’ve been pulled over with my rifles in the back. You don’t need to declare them or anything. I always have them on the back bench of my truck so I just roll down all the windows (mainly because I have illegal tints) and if they ask them I inform them. Other than that no need to bring it up especially when they’re all locked up and secure
