I'll take this opportunity to plug Grohmann Knives. Made in Pictou, NS and pretty affordable for an enthusiast knife brand. I just bought their #2 Trout & Bird knife for this hunting season. They've also just started making kitchen knives recently.

You might be surprised by how ergonomic the #1 is. Fantastic knife.
