Does that means all types of targets? "Hunting or shooting requisites" seems mega-vague.

The second column is a heading that includes a wide array of items.

The third column is effectively a sub-heading, so it should only be "Fishing Rods: Other" that get hit with the tarrifs.

Edit: see photo, 9507.10 is specific to fishing rods. 9507 is a broad category.
