Feets / Collection / My build My most prized part of my collection 2.5 months into having my PAL.

I call it, the SKS box.

4 Chinese and 1 Russian.

(Of which 1 chinese is for Bubba projects since it has bolt hold open mod, no bayonet lug and a weird custom muzzle brake courtesy of the original owner)

Now if only I could find a complete Yugo that isn't an arm and a leg.

Yeah I might have to clean some surface rust, reoil them then run the dehumidifier, its been really humid and rainy the past few days and I live in a basement.

Ive been working on some mods (adding rails and testing out different aftermarket stocks), so ive had them out of the locker here and there.

Soak rusty and carbon fouling parts in bore cleaner, wire brush and wipe off, boil said parts for 30-60 minutes to convert remaining rust to black carbon, oil and wire brush said areas, wipe then re-oil.

You need to wipe everywhing with an oily rag to prevent corrosion.

All pinned to 5. You cant even purchase unpinned mags in Canada and im not gonna bother unpinning that shit just to have something I cant use at the range

I can see a couple that have rivets in them.. that archangel lever mag looks sus..

OP, if you’re gonna be that stupid, don’t be extra stupid and post this. Take it down if you did something that stupid. You’re only going to be hurting us responsible firearm owners

Edit: clarified that they are pinned. For some reason it has drilled out holes where a rivet would sit, but new photos show rivet. All is well, I’ll eat the downvotes and my foot

They're all pinned with side rivets. I got the archangel one from an auction, looks like the pin was much lower initially but its at 5 rounds now, dunno why they drilled into it 3 separate times though there's extra holes for no reason.

That’s good then. I apologize for the accusation, as it definitely looked sus but this clears it up and all is well.

We’ve had to deal with enough BS from the govt, I just didn’t want them to have any more “reasons” to target us more than they already have
