Feets / Collection / My build 9mm or 45? The answer is YES.
I've had the 1911 since 2011, and the 226 MK25 since 2012. Love them both in different ways.

I still remember the time when Bullseye North managed to bring in some P226 Mk25 and Legion series during 2022 rush. By the time I try to buy it, the Navy was sold out right at the shopping basket. Had to went over budget just to get the Legion RXP instead.
Around the same time, Siwash Sport also brought in some 1911s made by Springfield Armory, so managed to snag one before 25 of them got cleared out in 2 days.
Such crazy time.

Those Springfield 1911s are amazing. Which didja get? When I first started shooting a Springfield GI 1911 was like 600 bucks lol. The loaded was like 800

Wow, that's some awesome prices!
They only have the mil spec SA 1911 available, but that's the one I wanted anyway for the classic WWII look, and consider it was $899, the price was actually very reasonable.
I did get the SA 1911 Range Officer as well a year prior, that one did cost me $1300, lol.
But I lucked out on mags coz one of them local shops was selling for 25 ea for Blued mag and 30 for stainless mag, lol.
I would really like a 1911 made by Colt too!

My dad has a P226 Navy, such a nice pistol to shoot. As much as I like my P320, the P226 is an amazing platform.
