Fix my gun Gravel Agency Repairs

Has anyone used Gravel Agency for warranty repairs? I know it’s Canada and we have trouble getting gun parts in (especially handgun parts). But with that said, I’ve had a Walther pistol there awaiting parts for one year now (no end in sight).

Is this a normal wait time?

I’ve had guns repaired under warranty by them before and it’s usually 4-6 months turnaround.

Brother I waiting for parts, assured many times I’ll be taken care of and stop bothering them, two years later told me the item was discontinued and no longer had parts.

It’s sounding similar here. On this same gun - I needed a new slide assembly on my 4” Walther. But Gravel couldn’t get the slide as it was the 4” version I needed, and it was discontinued. So my handgun had to be converted to a 5” model because those parts were available. Lame.

It could be for me too. They still have my gun one year later. Who knows what’s actually going on.

Yeah 6 months is my usual turnaround. But that long on 10/22 parts is garbage.

My limited experience with them. They are no better than north Sylvia

I’d just buy the part and replace it myself if getting the parts weren’t the main issue.

I've only dealt with them for Warranty once. It was on a Marlin 1895 ADL in 45-70 that had canted sights/canted barrel. They were pretty quick. They fixed the barrel, replaced the sights with Skinner sights and had it back to me within about a month of me shipping it off to them. Pretty decent service for me. This was about 7-8 years ago though. Not sure if things have changed.

I’ve used them for arranging replacement parts for Marlin under warranty.. from registering the case to delivery of parts, all in all took about 6 weeks. Was smooth for me

I got a Primary Arms red dot replaced in about a week - but the item was in stock on Canada.
