Buy recommendations Buy or Pass?

Post image

Anyone buying one of these?

When the short barrel NR ones came out in .410 they were flying off the shelves and being resold for double on gunpost

People were begging for a 357/38 spl version

now we have it available

Did the .410 version leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth or something?

I have the 410 and it’s been a lot of fun. Planning to pick up one of these for sure.

I don’t get all of the bitching and moaning
Whenever something new is released. If you have a 357 revolver, congratulations. You win. Don’t buy this.

I hate our laws as much as the next guy but I’m not going to let them prevent me from having a good time with what I can.

Stoeger, CZ, Canik, Girsan are all made in Turkey and every owner I know is really happy with them for the price.

Canuck has had a good reliability record overall. They are some of the only affordable guns left in Canada in 2026.

Not everything made in Turkey is junk as per the wealthy folks on this sub.

IIRC, I heard from the guys at my local store that only production is outsourced to Turkey for Canuck. Design and Quality Control happen in-country.

From what I've seen, most people are happy with their Canuck buys for range fun and it seems they also have a good reputation for fixing shit units pretty fast.
