You don’t think there’s a difference between not surrendering legally purchased property, and invading someone’s home?

There's a huge difference, but that's kind of the point. Making sweeping judgements like "I value my stuff more than a criminal's life" is problematic when the state can make you a criminal with a pen stroke.

“The government changes laws everyday so you shouldn’t be able to stop home invaders” that’s what you just said

You know, it does kind of come across that way.

I meant more to imply that the sweeping judgements are problematic because the barrier between you being a criminal or not is extremely thin. "And then they came for me" type shit. Othering people as "criminals" being less worthy of life is a dangerous slope is all.
