While I am waiting for the preorder Carmel to arrive. I decided to pulled the trigger on this Turkish ***. I am really regrets about the decision I made. It is sh*t, bought it from Tenda and tried to return or exchange it but they told me to contact the manufacturer. So the problem is the barrel nut always
gets loose just after firing less the 40 rounds PMC 223 ammo. The grouping at 100 yards are mysterious so I realized it’s because the barrel is moving so I hand tightening the barrel nut really tight and went back to the range again and it is still getting loose, Handguard is also get loose easily. I put the blue loctite on the muzzle brake so is not loose now. I am not sure if I loctite the barrel nut will be helpful. Seems a lot of people bought it so I would like to know if you have the same issues and how you solve the issue.

Tbh I always expected it would be bad. IMO the other two Turk guns are pretty good, the Alcor and the Chimera. Have some friends who have both, had an Alcor myself but gave it to a friend as a grad gift. Very good guns just silly looking, and the Alcor is a bit iffy on the chamber pressures with 5.56 (as in manufacturer hasn’t confirmed it’s okay, I put 20 rounds of 5.56 green tip through and had no issues but that’s just an anecdote and literally only 20 rounds lol).
IMO the only real budget centre fire semi in Canada is the SKS. That’s the only good one at least. Carmel and Makasi seem promising, but they’re certainly not budget lol. Alcor and Chimera are still a bit pricey too, like over $1100. If you’re really drawn to 5.56/.223 I’d just save up the money for a premium option. AD500A I had low hopes for unfortunately, I heard bad things about the .308 version we’ve had here for awhile. Idk, hope the Carmel treats you better
I preordered the Carmel back in May and I was hoping to get it last weekend lol I heard the Tenda staff said they might receive it on 8/29 but who knows? I have a decent Taipan X and a SKS for matches and really enjoy them.
That’s good. I’m waiting on my Makasi from Tenda lol. Pre ordered back I think in late may or early June, said it would probs be late July. Haven’t heard anything. My SKS is occupying my time, I’m currently debating a bubba build rn but I hope things don’t stay this desperate for that long
I'd start with blue Loctite and a wrench, not sure what's "professional" about that 😂 give the Loctite 24hrs to fully cure. Or don't, I don't care, hand tighten the fuckin thing.
lol for sure now it’s too tight to lose it by hand so I gonna go shoot the 3rd time until it loose then come back home put some loctite with the expensive wrench from my tool box and go shoot it on the 4th range trip to test it out lol
Your passive-aggressiveness combined with your poor English isn't worth replying to anymore. Try red Loctite instead if the blue doesn't hold. Not sure why you want to loosen it by hand. Maybe you don't want to get any scratches on your expensive wrench.

Yup just those two issues. Everything else is great! I Fixed the hand guard screw issue with some thread tape… and for the barrel nut constantly getting loose…. Well I’ll figure it out later lmao 😂 I’m going to try getting an actual tool on it as well as some blue locktight.
Ya you like it? I’m currently trying to figure out how to put a pistol grip and collapsing stock on it like the AD500 but I’m not sure what would be compatible.
Im not too sure either, and I don't think the gun will have much of an aftermarket.
The reciever to stock interface looks pretty generic that it would be easy to make up an adapter. I'm sure there will be one out here soon for it. I like mine all stock for hunting, the only gun I can say that about haha
Loctite everything with 243, it's easy enough to loosen again but stops vibrations from causing issues. Get the right wrench to tighten that nut to spec.
The blue stuff is pretty innocent, I use it on everything especially the scope mountings on my grey ad500. Love the stock setup... where did you get it.
