Funny enough I just shot my first match and that was what pushed the Bravo chassis into being a priority. The old sling stud bipod made shooting off certain props very difficult.

I haven't tried without it on. I don't know how much barrel harmonics 22lr makes, but I might try an apples to apples test with and without out it next range day using 2 boxes of the same lot of ammo. You're not the first to question if it's causing negative effects.

They're Vortex Defender caps, unfortunately I can't remember what sizes I went with. They aren't the prettiest but they do the job.

They've been good for a couple years now. They also have 2 detents so they either stick straight out or go further and end up in the same plane as the scope so they're not in the way.
