Shooting Options for ranges in Ontario
Ive been looking to acquire a range membership for a while now, unfortunately it looks like every range around me has a 1-3 year wait list. What ranges do you guys know of that are accepting new members? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Note: Im around the Belleville area.

If you're 17hrs northwest of TO, our range takes people in the fall in Thunder bay 😂

25 meters indoor. It's not bad but very short for anything not a hand gun or shot gun

Lower Trent Valley will likely open up slots around Feb-ish. They do almost every year. Follow them on Facebook to see the notifications for the Eventbrite event signup. It's a fantastic club.
Slots are usually determined based on what happens with end of year renewals.

Get it it’s worth it. 9mm ain’t too expensive neither and you can use Glock mags.

Love mine. Great rifle. Works with OG glock and Magpul mags. Irons are quite accurateÂ

Its the last remaining pcc and it actually runs pretty well.
Plus you can use Glock mags.

I got my PAL last year. I am eyeing a Benelli Supernova in next 6 months, but reading about wait list here makes me think I should put my name down now in a range nearby.
What are the membership costs like? Do they bill annually?

I guess I am probably going for this. Thanks!
Do you have personal experience in Bancroft?
I have little kids who need to be entertained by my wife while I am at the range.

20 bucks an hour isn't terrible (or you can get a membership). There's also a proshop on site Incase you need more ammo / targets.
To keep in mind though, it's a public range (vs EOSCs entirely private setup) which is a turn off for some folks, personally I've found it to be fine and everyone I've met there has been very friendly (and the RSOs are pretty fair).
They've got a decent assortment of bays with benches and they support a bunch of activities (pistol, shotgun, rifle etc). No steel targets though.
Other note, you can only go on weekends if you aren't a member but they have an easy to use booking system (it's a Google form thing).
Tldr stittsville is pretty good assuming you're down to drive.

I'm a member at the lower Trent valley club, I can bring you as a guest if you'd like. It wasn't years waiting, I think I got in November last year when they opened the 2026 registration. Once I got it I was able to use it for the rest of 2025

I was in the trenton/belleville area for 4 years moved last year thank god, all the ranges around the area are full of old men and the wait lists are so long, I was considering going to Gagnon sports in oshawa its about an hour drive and they have an indoor range no wait list

I usually just go downtown toronto after midnight and shoot in whatever direction I feel like. Usually get bailed out next morning and its cheaper than buying a range membership
For legal reasons this is a joke

EOSC if you're near Ottawa.
