I legitimately thank my lucky stars everyday I bought mine, such a damn sweet shooter. 2007 IWI 44 magnum mark 19, with the weaver style rail, I prefer it over the pic rail. Freaking love it

Well, thanks to your recommendation, I also got a 44 Mag DE during the 2022 rush to pair with my Rossi lever.

Looking back, I am kind of glad I didn't go for 50AE, lol

That thing is probably the most marvelled pistol in my collection, and when people hold it in their hand to marvel the size of everything with it is a sight to appreciate.

The funny thing about the 44 magnum version is it gets shit on a lot as “not a real desert eagle” but now with no one able to get them, whenever I take it to the range, no one cares they just want to shoot it.

Also 44 magnum is still easy to find (albeit expensive) while 50AE is unbotanium at the moment.

Yeah, since I already got 2 pistols and a lever in 357, but don't want to have a caliber that stuck with nothing to shoot if it's 50AE, 44 Mag sounds more practical.

The name of DE definitely perk up years to firearms enthusiasts, especially to Counter Strike fans. That was my original intent is to get as many pistols as I can that are featured in the game itself.

I am glad I bought over 300 rounds of 44 Mag back in 2022 so it should last me a while, can't even imagine what 50AE price would be like now.
