Buy recommendations What’s the quality?
Last .22 I bought for $500 was a Turkish lemon so I’m wondering if anyone knows how these little plinkers are? Never heard of the company and the price seems awfully low (Sub $400)

Buy once, cry once. I'd say for the price of your lemon + this one... You already paid the price of a stock cz457 synthetic and even more...
Don't do the same mistake a get a cz457 synthetic for around 699$.
From there, you'll get a nice rifle from which you can get anywhere. Swap barrel, chassis, etc.
Just my 2 cents.

I get going full Turkish for semi auto shotguns given the difference in price to a real Benelli or Beretta, but for a 22 I see no reason not to spend a little more (or in some cases less) for a 10/22 or a CZ.

What an unfortunate name for a company. I'd skip, you can get a used 457 for a bit more.

Don’t bother. Guy at my club had one and best we could get were 2” groups at 50 yards with a lead sled. Get a savage Mk II g if you’re looking for a good cheap bolt gun. They’re made here.

Canadian caliber did a video on it. They seemed to like it but I’m sure their main purpose is to sell guns for these companies lol

If you want a decent semi (in 22lr) with huge aftermarket, I'd go 10/22 and build it out iver time.
If you want a bolt just grab a cz457

If you are on a tight budget Norinco jw-15s are very very high quality guns for the price. They are cz452 clones.
Just like real CZ 452s, the action can be a bit rough out of the box, but there are numerous forum threads out there for cleaning them up.
Otherwise, just bite the bullet and spend an extra $100-$200 and buy a CZ-457

You would be better off buying a savage Mk2 heavy barrel. Yes they can have some problems but their customer service is absolutely amazing

CSC was selling used CZ 452 trainers for $450 a few months back. Maybe they still have some.

Just get a Savage Mk II at that price. Shoots as well or better than any .22 you can get for twice the money, and made in Canada.
