Gun and gear reviews PSA 570

Post image

Is anyone interested in this shotgun? It sold out instantly when it was released in USA. Could we import it to Canada?

My old ass 870 is like that and needs to have a rail installed by the action screws since it doesn’t even have OEM threaded holes, which then needs a cheek riser with the added heights. I see that appeal

I just mill the top of the receiver for the S&J rmr rail on my old ass 870. It's a dream.

Oh that would be amazing. I’m under that skill level, so it would be something I’d have to farm out but good to know that’s an option

I did it that way because height over bore for a pic rail was too much for the comb of my stock. I wanted to keep the original wood, so something else had to change. 😂

A 507 comp fits real well for me with the rmr rail.

Modularity. The first release is just as you see it, but they plan to have individual parts so you can build it like lego piece by piece. Different barrels, shell tubes, eventually different colours of receiver. They also designed it to be easily converted to semi-auto which should he releasing soon. The RMR cut is a nice touch, and the front sight post is Glock style so it takes any Glock front sight.

Also it’s got a 590 tang safety and takes 870 furniture.

Problems that needed fixing? Maybe not? But a fun project gun for sure.
