Which muzzle brake do you find most effecient for staying on target? Which compensator do you find actually diverts the blast forward best?

Is that the 2-pc style where it's like a brake and a compensator that threads overtop or something? Never understood how that works... I thought it was one or the other.

. Brakes have side ports, compensators only have holes on the front. Also thought brakes reduce recoil but increase blast and noise, but comps don't really change the noise nor reduce recoil but sort of just send the blast away from the shooter.

Yeah it’s screws on over the comp and send blast forward
