30-30 is one of the most economical rifle rounds to reload for, it is worth the investment if you want to shoot it a lot

When I get a place with some land and a shop I'll definitely get into. Small garage is already packed with all my other expensive hobbies.

I just put a big order into FOC, they had some federal on sale for $32/box.

I found I didn't need a ton of space to start reloading.. well, at least less than I expected. A small shelf and a table was enough. If you shoot a lot, or shoot a moderate amount of expensive match ammo, then it makes sense to start. Best bet is hunt the used market.

I just got a Lyman all American 8. What the hell do I mount this thing to? Build a workbench??

Typically you need a workbench to mount bench top tools yes
