What the fuck?? Meanwhile I got flagged multiple times trying to sell a couple old paintball guns, and had to resort to a picture of a paintball in my hand with the title "Things that launch these things." And the comment section turned into a guessing game..

Ive noticed airsoft guns all over marketplace, which used to be taken down. Seems like they are allowing the sale of them now. Maybe firearms too, who knows

I had a ranger after my dear old dakota died and it was fucking terrible. For that money id get a gmc canyon or a Colorado if you want a small truck or go bigger and get a sierra or Silverado

So does French not have a specific word for shotgun or gauge? Long guns are all fusil (rifle) and gauge is just calibre?

Fusil doesn't mean rifle, it typically means a smoothbore firearm/gun.
Carabine means rifle.
They use calibre in place of gauge in French, calibre being a blanket term.Its because of how french construct their words. Gun [of the type]
Shotgun: fusil de chasse (gun of hunting)
Pump shotgun: fusil de pompe. (gun of pump)
Assault rifle: fusil d'assaut (gun of assault)all shortened to simply fusil, and you're expected to understand the context.
Fusil came from Italian fucile, meaning "flint"
