Misc Anyone heard about their Makasi pre order yet?
Was really hoping to hear from bullseye north by now giving a rough update on the time line when deliveries will start coming through.
Anyone heard from their retailers about potential delivery dates?

Can’t remember which retailer, but I saw on CGN that eta is end of August. I would assume owners would get their orders by September. Just like video games you really shouldn’t pre order guns or anything.

In the past there were pre orders for vaporware by sus micro companies. Those you should never order. But paying a few hundred dollars to a reputable local gun shop for a pre-order or an in-store credit? Why not?

Normally I’d agree, but these IWI’s and Makasi’s are going to fly off the shelves IMO. Only time will tell.

Uxbridge stated expected delivery to be aug 15. Don’t know if it will be true though

Uxbridge Arms is expecting them to arrive on the 15th, per their web site.
I would imagine that's around when you'll start hearing about your pre-orders, and I'd expect people will start receiving them around the month's end.

Just heard that the importer has finished re-barreling the 18.6” rifles and to expect deliveries by end of month/start of September

Retailer I pre-ordered with said last week of July but no update since

I think they were a little overly ambitious with that time frame lol. To be fair must said end of summer but they didn't specify whether it was this summer or summer 2027 lol

Nothing yet unfortunately (im a retailer). That being said Gravel is good, theyll come.

Why not email/call them and ask? When I talked to them a couple of months ago they had a pretty good tally of how many in queue and estimated for amounts that are coming in.

They just repeated what was stated on their page. Which is the vague "end of summer" summer is over mid August in Canada lol

I think we may have just provided interest free loans to our favourite retailers.
