From what I can find, a "top-secret government report obtained by Global News" said that "Iran’s intelligence services may be behind recent attacks in Canada." That's pretty much it.
We know that Iran has very little motive to be attacking any other countries that aren't actively attacking them. We also know that the US has a very strong motive to drag anyone they can against Iran. Make of that what you will.
