I’ve been debating it but I’m not sure if many upgrades are needed. It’s already so nice lol

Honestly pistol grips are trash on shotguns. The way these come from factory doesnt leavr much to be desired. Id recommend a side saddle/shot card of your choice, a good sling and you've already done the mag tub and dot so your off to a great start.
