Buy recommendations Recommendation on a horizontally mounting gun safe

I have a half cooked idea and could use some advice. I want a wall safe with a tambour door, and ideally with a pin/slat wall backing so my guns (all NR) can mount horizontally instead of vertically. Something like this: https://craftmetalfurniture.com/products/tambour-door-cabinet-78h-x-39w-x-18d-grey

But not as deep as the above link. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Did something similar in a 2x6 stud bay with an old tall metal cabinet. Cut it to depth with a cutting disc, used 3/4” ply as a back wall (gave me a backer mounting options). Put slat wall panels on ply, sitting on hidden door pivot hinges and put an rfid lock behind.

But I suspect your tambour door option would need the depth to give the door somewhere to go.

Yea, or accordion or something. I have a bit of a space limitation on where I want to put it in my mechanical room, and can't have doors that swing open.

But as I read your system, that's pretty slick. Might need to go the custom route as well
