Shooting Get out and shoot

Post image

Group therapy from a few weeks back, really wished I had got a wheel gun before the freeze.

You can in 22LR. They look identical.

Well now the RCMP has gotten wise to that loophole since people abused the hell out of it, especially in BC where the burden of proof that you’re actually doing it specifically and only for Olympic shooting disciplines was lower…

I imagine they might pull something soon.

The loophole was people trying to convert to 9mm and importing said parts from the USA. I think that's the major problem. The exemption for 22LR is not a loophole it's the law but different provinces had very different requirements for the exemption. As I said before get as many as you can while you still can.

I have no issues with 22LR and have no interest in 9mm so don't understand the obsession. 9mm is expensive to shoot and not practical for target shooting due to noise and recoil among other things.

Glock 44 looks identical to Glock 19 except it's 22LR.

1911 5inch looks identical to 1911 except it's in 22LR.

I don't think people are shooting hundreds or thousands of rounds with 9mm on many different guns but they are with 22LR.
