What is this little lever for ?

Looks like this is on a Shotgun so 100% a magazine cutoff,
when its flipped to the right with no red dot visible rounds should feed from the magazine normally, When flipped to the left so the red dot is visible it should stop the next round from feeding into the Chamber.
I have something just like this on my Browning Auto 5,

mag cut off. When on it prevents the next round in the tube from being pulled onto the loading gate.
For example let's say you are upland hunting but all of a sudden you hear a flock of geese incoming, you can quickly turn on the cut-off eject the shell in the chamber and swap in a waterfowl load instead of having to eject all 3 rounds in the gun. Some semis won't actually load a new round into the chamber unless fired so have no need for a mag cut off.

Did not shoot it yet. But for that price, it looks amazing and comes equiped with a ton of stuff 👌🏼
