Ruger American Gen II Scout in 5.56, fresh from IRG. Haven’t fired it yet, but it feels great, right out of the box, and excited to try the scout scope arrangement.

Keep us updated on the accuracy with various ammo! I'm sure it's the same as other American gen 2s but there's no reviews of this in that caliber yet.

I absolutely will! I’m expecting it to be a bit rough to start just with using the scout optic, but I’ve accumulated a variety of weights and manufacturers to try and see what it likes.
