Buy recommendations Dead shot bag filler

Have a set of bags but they are empty and have no filler. Search for fillers turns up either bean bag filler or rice as ideal filler. Would dry play sand work? Only because I have a brand new box of dry play sand sitting in the basement. I have rice too lol. Looking for cheap ideas that won’t be a problem. Don’t plan on getting them wet if that helps.

Princess auto, buy a bag of crushed glass blasting media.

A lot of the more expensive bags are filled with crushed glass

I think all 3 of those would be poor filler.

The bean bag is too light, rice and sand both hold moisture really well.

Id pickup a bag of crushed glass sandblasting media if you want a heavy bag.

I use aquarium gravel, it's heavy but works a treat and is cheap

You're all rich ! , I used pea gravel from our back yard walkway

I used play sand in cloth bags and mixed with .22 shell casings.

Worked really well to keep some weight and provide structure.
