Application / Regulation advice Reapplying after revoking

Hello chat! I had my license revoked two years ago because they thought maybe I wouldn’t be too smart with it based on association I guess. Any idea when would be a good time for me to reapply?

It means OP doesnt want to accept responsibility for poor life decisions and feels entitled to be "an exception"

honestly. If it really wasn't justified they wouldn't have been so coy with it.
