Fix my gun Excessive bullet twisting/fish tailing?

https://youtube.com/shorts/HGw_3XkSiSI?si=mtGhUtLjJ3sHSpo-

I was trying a new box ammo and put it under the spotter and the twist is fairly significant. That video is the worst of it and after filming other boxes the twist was not as bad. I was wondering if this is something I should be concerned about? The gun is accurate and I was hitting the mark at 600 yards after a few tries.

thanks!

EDIT: the barrel is a 1 in 10” twist rate, bullet is .30 06 Hornady ELD X 178 g

Without giving any info about barrel twist rate, length, projectile weight, material, shape/type, or velocity ... I might guess under stabilized bullet, damaged barrel/crown. But it's also hard to see the bullet due to the overlays on the video that stick around for a few seconds after i hit play
