This is the new compact version of the TM22 feather. Functionally it's the same as the normal one but shorter barrel. The last picture is the one I had a while ago and an example of what it can look like with the CAR-15 stock (on the way). I'll eventually get the a few mag basses too. Now that we have top charging handles, it really is the AR at home.

I haven't shot it yet, but I'll do a video on it whenever the stock arrives.

Does the feather version feel really cheap and toy-like?

That’s what’s holding me back.

I need a GSG-16 replacement, but hopefully one that feels like a real AR.

Maybe I’ll try the Pro version of the 12”.

The normal metal TM22 ones feel much better, especially with the all metal charging handle.
