Anybody know what gun his mag would used in? Looks a lot bigger than 5.56-.223 to me.

To extend on the point of "you don't need an AR to hunt deer"

The government hiring zew Zealand and american sharp shooters with AR-15's to cull deer on an island in BC, complete with 30 round mags, and suppressors, from helicopter. The program costed millions and many hunters said they would gladly fill extra tags to help the cull, they were denied

Worked out to something like $20000 per deer killed. So fucking stupid.

Everyone was pissed about it, the FN were more than willing to do it, but the government said that was 'bad optics'
