Personally, I shoot my 30-06 with my Barnes Triple Shock TSX reloads.

I’ll piggyback I got a 308 I haven’t taken out yet what’s a better grain for deer vs PRS?

For PRS, this is entirely dependent on your rifle (I'm sorry, it's a frustrating answer). You'll have to go out and shoot to see what it likes. See what other people with your twist rate use and use that as a starting point, then dial in your load.

For deer, find something around 150-180gr and dial it in. (That said, for the distances that you're going to be reaching out to in the field, commercial cartridges are probably sufficient if you don't want to put in the work to develop a hand load)

That’s fair I figured prs would be trickier. Honestly I don’t even hunt. Just thought the gun looked cool
