What’s up with those plastic tags. Are these rentals?

None of the ranges I’ve been a member of in Ontario require them so it’s interesting to see 2 u/RydNightwish Jul 22 '26 Im in AB. I think it varies from range to range. Given mine seems to be one of the cheaper options for a year membership, they are a bit stricter on extra safety rules. Fair trade IMO.
