Brigade Mfg. Makasi Mk-15 and Olympic exemption Ruger MkII.

Makasi is fitted with an SBI Picatinny buffer tube adapter, Magpul SL carbine stock, modified Magpul K2 XL grip, ALG trigger. Extremely underwhelming construction with review to come soon. For those wondering, get the IWI Carmel instead.

Have people learned nothing from the OICs and ASFCP?
If you're buying the Carmel, or any gun as of 2020 it should be in store, or private sale, with cash.
