SKS barrel pitting question

Is this safe to shoot long term? I dont want the pitting to lead to a larger failure down the line. I’d like to use this rifle long term as it is my go to semi right now.

Also, would normal cleaning and oiling prevent it from worsening?

I'm just gonna leave this here for all the Nancy boys spewing nonsense like "This is the worst SKS I've ever seen", "You need to talk to a certified gunsmith", "I'm an engineer, this cannot be repaired", etc...

Edit: You truly shouldn't shoot this gun anymore. TNA have (chinese) barrelled receivers for sale. I'd just swap it out with that. even if it meant no longer having matching numbers
