Application / Regulation advice C21 exemption in New Brunswick

Hey all, I've been seeing a bunch of people posting about getting exemptions for c21 to get 22 pistols. One thing I haven't been able to find is any information for those of us that live in New Brunswick. So does anyone have any information about where to shoot to get the letter out here? Whether it be in NB, NS, or PEI.

Edit: another question, does the letter only allow for a single pistol or can you get more? And does it expire?

Start with the Shooting Federation of Canada and see if New Brunswick has their own provincial shooting federation. The SFC is the governing body for the Olympic shooting team and issues the letters based on competitions you compete in.
