Application / Regulation advice SIAF transfer question Quebec

Private transaction. Can somebody walk me through the SIAF transfer steps? Assuming the seller does not use/have an online account, The transfer can be done on paper and mailed in? Thank you

Steps 1 to 4... You can do it Online 🤌🏼

Last 2 firearms I sold did it online all legally. Just pop my laptop open when they are here login and do the transfer and then they accept. Print the confirmation to be safe if you want and bam they got a new firearm and I got my money.
