Application / Regulation advice ISSF training in Edmonton

Is there any league/ range offering training for ISSF-style competitive shooting? Asking this as an extreme beginner to the sport. I couldn't find any ranges that train Olympic level shooting online :( Am I missing any?

SPFGA should have some events later this summer. These will be training 25m rapid fire events.

The range does not, but some of us who will help run it will bring some.
