Fix my gun Soaking in solvent
I’ve been recommended to soak my bolt/firing pin of my TM22 in solvent to completely dissolve any grease etc from the factory and then add a high quality silicone lubricant to it to see if it fixes the feed issues etc.
Is it recommended to clean it just with a field stripping or should I entirely disassemble the gun and clean every last nook and cranny?
I’ve reached out to Derya in terms of warranty as it had 4 or 5 OOB detonations as well as failure to feed.
Known issues: Putting 10/10 rounds in the magazine. 8/10 feeds better so I assume that’s a spring tension issue.
CCI Blazers have FTF issues, Aguilla interceptors aren’t as bad however with the TE mag sleeves on, they were having the OOB issues as well as horrific FTF issues.
It hasn’t had a ton of extraction issues but there’s been a few that typically go hand in hand with the FTF

Pull your firing pin out and clean the firing pin channel. Take those mag covers off. Clean the chamber. Take you magazine apart and clean inside. Assemble and test. If you still have a issue send it back.
