Misc Confused on ad need identification

Hey all. Just came across this ad. Can anyone identify this shotgun? I thought it was some .22 at first then i fully read eveything. I have never seen or heard about an “hk15” only one i could think of is the deyra mk12

That's not a Derya Mk12 or MK10. The receivers are significantly different than other Turkish mag fed AR styled shotguns.

Do we know what shotgun it is ? I'm curios now. Id like to know so i could look it up myself and do a bit of research
