Can you ask IWI if they're original customized ambidextrous lower for military / law enforcement of the Arad was physically different enough from a standard AR-15 lower that it cannot fit, and therefore a semi-auto version of the 2019 developed Arad may be submittable to the RCMP for an FRT review entry? As long as the custom upper and lower cannot physically interact the AR-15 / M4 counterpart, there is a chance.
