News / Politics / Activism Go Tenda Calgary
Apparently Go Tenda is opening a Calgary store! Yay and boo. Yay for a new store and boo for my wallet! If the job add location on Indeed is right, it'll be right beside Princess Auto south.
Looking forward to checking it out.
I discovered this on CGN.

I guess Canadian Tire's overpriced ammo will just sit and gather dust forever after Tenda opens.

That's good news for everyone in Calgary. I find your gun stores terribly overpriced.

G4C and Tenda are the best in eastern Canada but their freight even 100 kms is ridiculous. Still, that 100 km drive would cost me more.
Even if you don't use them when they're shipping from a western location, they will drive local competition. Win-win.

Same. My son lives at Finch & Pharmacy and is licensed if it's ammo. To Peterborough a case of ammo is about $95 in freight. I guess that's fair considering it's as dense as cement and it's technically hazmat. I don't get to browse the toystore though 😢

Actually pretty awesome for them to be in Alberta. We would only have to pay gst and with faster shipping to western Canadian provinces

Honest question can someone explain how in a world of gun stores shutting down in Canada how can a company like Tenda keep prices the lowest around and still be expanding across canada. Are other gun stores just run badly?

Holy crap. Now I can spend loads more money at Tenda after wondering around Princess Auto spending money. A double hit to my wallet. But what a manly way to to deplete my bank account.
