Application / Regulation advice Handgun Exemption in Manitoba?

I see people showing the process for BC, AB, ON, but what about MB?

There may only be 5 people that live here, but we (I) want to target shoot!!!

Iā€™m not sure provincially but for provinces without a provincial exemption, I believe the SFC controls national exemptions, but the burden of competition is more strict

Theres 3 clubs around winnipeg that offer Olympic style shooting IIRC

Only downside is that the memberships are like $400
