Just wondering did your top rail come like that or did you cut that to allow the shells to eject straight up? Awesome build, mine is getting thrown into a FAB chassis as we speak.

It came like that. It's a Magwedge rail with stripper clip cut out. I heard removable mags can be unreliable so I wanted something I could still use with a fixed mag.

Ah ok gotcha, I was only able to get my hands on at the time was the Kodiak Defense top rail, very similar but it doesnt have the cutout like that

Hello,
I own an SKS and I’m trying to design a custom stock for my own rifle. Unfortunately, I’m having trouble measuring the internal dimensions accurately. With the help of a friend, I’m trying to create my own design, but despite many attempts, I still haven’t been able to get the internal measurements right.
At the moment, I have an ATI stock, but I don’t really like it. I was wondering if you could help me by providing the internal dimensions and angles of the center section where the trigger group and receiver fit.
I don’t need the measurements for the buttstock or the front handguard—only the middle section that interfaces with the action.
Would you be willing to help me with those measurements? I would really appreciate it.
