Application / Regulation advice home defense and Verney-Carron Flash-Ball

i was wondering with the violence increasing (i am in montreal, people break in houses is increasing) why Verney-Carron Flash-Ball is not allowed?

I check the law and I saw the joules etc but can we decrease the PSI of it? I know they're mostly associated with law enforcement in some countries.

just wondering if a company had release a news for an equivalent.

Put the legality of firearms for self defence aside, you’re advocating for legal use of a decreased PSI beanbag gun as a defence option against home invaders that don’t follow the laws. The likelihood of them having real guns is high, as the vast majority of gun crime committed in Canada is committed by illegally smuggled and possessed firearms. Pacifism and compliance with criminals is your only “safe” legal option in Canada. What you need to do is make sure you communicate to your MP’s that C-21 does nothing to protect Canadians and instead emboldens the type of violent criminality you’re concerned about. Vote accordingly.
