Buy recommendations Cheaper alternatives to Surefire Warden

I’m looking for a blast diffuser similar dimensions/ style as the Warden. Was wondering if anyone knew something similar that doesn’t cost as much. Not sure what our options are up here. thanks

Please educate my ignorance, will the exhaust gasses from the device affect the aim/trajectory of the bullet?
