Shooting Antique Webley MK1 smokeless reloads

Just a showcase today of my antique MK1 Webley from 1890-1892, using light smokeless handloads.

Load recipe is: 230g LRN, 3.4-3.6g of Win 231, CCI large pistol primers, using 45 auto rim or 45ACP cases (45 auto rim in this case)

Alternatively, I use the exact same load with 200g LSWC bullets as well, and they work just fine also.

Loving all these antique posts coming up. I'm looking forward to making some posts with my Colt 1892 when it comes back from the gunsmith. Forcing cone blew but a new barrel has been installed and the timing needs to be worked

I remember I saw your post where that happened! I hope the fix goes well. Still running your Montenegrin gasser?

actually just dropped off the gasser at the same gunsmith. Going to get the hammer spring retempered so I can stop chasing primer issues. Will hopefully work flawlessly after that
