Feets / Collection / My build Gsg drum mag

Where can I find a GSG 15 OR 16 110 round rotary drum mag? Can't find in stores anymore. Got a TM22 and an adapter to attach the drum mag to a regular mag. Please let me know people

If you bought the Tommy Enterprise GSG-16 magazine adapter, you know it does not work, just like most of TE's products 😂

However, Shelpen Polymer Works designed a GSG-16 adapter for the Ruger 10/22 with a 597 adapter, and it actually works! To be fair, the adapter is "prototype" grade, it is well printed and designed but functionally not 100% complete (i.e. follower rounds are loose).

I don't use the drum much anyway since it's much faster for me to load TUF22, HC3R, or 597 magazines instead.

I got mine at Bass Pro back a year ago but they we're on clearance. Tried using the adapter but gave up as it is so painful to load

This is the story i hear from everyone, dont think ive seen anybody make it through a drum without numerous issues.

I don’t know how to load the drum fully without removing the neck piece and watching a round drop into every slot (and backing up when they don’t). Just loading the mag by feel will result in filling 30-40 rounds and all the rest will be empty slots. My hand cramps doing a single load by either method 😭

Don't waste your time. They are junk and do not work. I tried everything and they never worked. The ones Shelpen has on gunpost for the 597 Remington does work. Maybe we should bother him to do a TM22 one.

I dont think North Sylva (the distributor) is importing them at this time cause the gun itself cant be sold right now.

Ive seen them at cabelas here in calgary, was just at basspro and they didn't have any. Good news is they were half price.

I waited months for them to come in stock. Just set alerts on all the major retailers and eventually you’ll get lucky.
