Buy recommendations PAL finally arrived, looking for Black TM22 Pro 16”

Very excited to make my first purchase! Looking for the black TM22 pro 16” barrel, anybody know of a store that either has stock now or is restocking soon?

Not sure why the 16" ones are so scarce right now but i was looking for em at the distributor the other day and only found 12s and all the plastic ones for some reason.

That’s what I’m seeing on all the websites I’m finding in Canada, I think I may have checked every single search result in the country lol. I know some places don’t update their sites though or don’t have certain things listed that’s why I’m asking here to see if I can find a hidden gem.

Took a little over 6 months from the date I filed to receive it in the mail. I’m above average from what I can tell though, all my friends and 90% of the people I’ve asked on Reddit had it in less than half that time.

I’m looking for a plinker that I can throw big mags on then Tacticool it and I’m not interested in a 10/22, unfortunately for us there isn’t “something of nicer quality” in this country

10/22 will do all that for you, and you can customize to your hearts content, can even have big mags

Sorry new to all of this just got PAL, but is that a rutger 10/22? I was looking at the TM22 16" pro, but on other forums have read that the rutger 10/22 is the better made/more reliable firearm that can still be made to look tactical and cool.

The one in your photo looks awesome! Can it also be used as a plinker?

I mainly wanted the TM22 so I can put 20 mags and dump it at the range, thats my thinking anyway

Yes this is a ruger 10/22 in a sbi chassis and sbi parts, much better than Turkish plinkers, thats the mistake i made when i first got my pal. Hense why im trying to convince OP of that

so this can be a good plinker? what is the main difference, is it in the reliablity and quality of parts of the ruger vs the TM22? the cost isn't that different for each.

Yes reliability and quality. Most turkish guns are made and sold very cheap so lots of people buy them but lots have issues.

I bought Turkish guns when i first got my pal and trying to help others avoid the same mistake
