Fix my gun Homesteader

Anyone have a henry Homesteader? I fuckin stripped the front screw for thr forearm and couldn't help but notice hoe god damn tight it was. In the end its most definitely my fault, just want to know if its all in my head.

Would have liked an FPC but I like the construction of it so far. They make a couple of tactical stocks to replace the wood.

I have a homesteader with the adapter in it. I run glock mags, and I’ve had zero issues with my rifle. Zero problems
