Will the CCFR bring up the fact that the "ASFCP" accepted registrations from Alberta and Saskatchewan, however, they're making no effort to provide collection units in these provinces?

The current "Public Safety" policy is to place blame on the Provincial governments of each province as the reason why all owners that declared in these provinces are getting shafted with no opportunity to participate, after having had their declaration accepted.

This is despite the fact that Public Safety is more than capable of applying for the provincial license for private collection staff (mobile collection unit) - something they're choosing to not even try and do, while placing blame elsewhere.
