Feets / Collection / My build Very First Day With PAL (Fr tho)

Got my pal issued just over 30 days after submission, and the second that letter hit my desk I went to Tenda. For a mere $300, my ass got a pretty cool plinker right out of high school. Came with the muzzle attachment at the end, 2 10/22 mags, and everything to attach. Slapped my old airsoft red dot on the top and got a lil case of ammo, and I’m dying to hit the range. Note: Yes I’m broke asf that’s why I got this over the $600 Tm-22, yes I know this isn’t gonna be a generational or long term gun, yes I know it’s a Turk, but let me have my fun. I got to finally own a pretty decent rifle that I can call mine, until I get my bread up to buy a Makasi and SKS :)

Keep on your CFO weekly. Polite emails and phone calls. One day you'll get a call out of the blue, they'll ask you a couple of stupid questions, you'll reply no, and bam, you're licensed. It's the most arbitrary government red-tape gauntlet I've ever seen.

Yes they are very picky about a number of things, like if your photo isn’t at the right resolution or ratio, they will stuff it in a pile and not even tell you until you bug them enough. Call your CFO

Halfway through Month 5, I got a call from a very nice retired OPP officer working for the CFO. He asked me if I had ever had a stroke causing me to want to off myself. I replied no, and I was as happy to be alive as I have ever been. He admitted that he really couldn't figure out where this idea could have come from to divert my app to him, apologized for the wait and said my application should show approved that afternoon, and it was.

Shit like that.
